Equal Monthly Payment Plan (EPP) Year End happens every September. There is a reconciliation process that takes place to make sure you have not paid too much or too little. All year end balances (debit or credit) will roll over into the new equal payment plan amount. The new Equal Payment Plan amount can be found on your bill in the message section.

If you are new to Equal Monthly Payment Plan (EPP) and would like to enrol in the plan details are found in the EPP Year End Letter and you may sign up using the EPP Agreement Form. We have calculated your EPP amount for your electric and water/wastewater services over the next twelve months. This amount is shown in the message area of your September bill.
